Ingredients:
150 – 200 g trout fillet with skin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1.5 tablespoons butter
1 tējkarote olīveļļas
3 garlic cloves
50 g Rāmriti Cranberry creamed honey
1.5 tablespoons of water
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
Recipe
Mix salt, pepper and paprika powder. Rub into fish. Melt butter and oil in a pan. Press garlic and fry briefly. Add water, soy sauce, honey and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Place fish in pan, skin side down. Cover and cook over medium heat, basting occasionally with sauce, until fish is cooked to desired doneness, about 6-9 minutes.
